The Golf Channel hit a hole in one with the revitalization of part of its Orlando campus. The channel turned to Walker Design LLC to create a high-functioning, multi-use space within a 1,200-square-foot area. The space holds conference and training areas plus a genius bar. It has fully integrated audio/visual technology, integrated writable surfaces for informal gatherings and multiple movable seating options that can house 150 occupants. The floor and ceiling patterns reflect lively, pixelated textures to contrast with and balance the static walls. Photography by Chad Baumer Photography.

A new Intro for conferencing from Davis Furniture

Davis Intro 2Intro from Davis Furniture is not your typical conference table. Designed to be easy to operate, Intro tables are capable of creating many different sizes and shapes of conference room furniture, making it a flexible conference table program. Tables are easy to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble without the use of tools and create an efficient use of space. Modular construction makes it easy to combine Intro table sizes and shapes, from oval and round, to rectangular configurations.

Two levers discreetly lock the legs to the tabletop. The table program includes tops available in veneer and high performance “Soft-Touch” Fenix laminate, which is durable and has a smooth touch.  Legs act as the connecting element between tables to guarantee stability and the placement ensures maximum legroom.  Aluminum legs are chrome plated or powder coated for maximum durability. A variety of finishes are available on both the legs and table tops. The knife edge detail heightens the design illusion, making the tops looks sleek and thin, all while maintaining their structural integrity.

Intro has multiple connection points so the leg can act as a connecting element or as an end leg. This feature creates a freedom in design where one unit can serve more than one function, depending on what is needed per the current configuration. Davis products conform to BIFMA Emission Standards. Based upon the construction and materials used, Davis is confident Intro will meet the standard. All Davis products are Level 1 Certified.  Recycled Content is available upon request. NeoCon showroom 3-115.
