The renovations are designed by the nationally recognized, integrated architecture, engineering, and technology design firm Westlake Reed Leskosky of Cleveland, Ohio, and recently recognized with an AIA Ohio 2014 Honor Award. The new workplace is a thoroughly modern space, respectful of the history and tradition of the Cleveland Browns yet forging a progressive identity for the team, via bold imagery, messaging, team branding and colors. Eileen McMorrow is a facilities management industry veteran journalist who ventured into online publishing with the McMorrowReports.com in 2004. She develops content for four web sites and selects the most compelling to feature in the newsletters that serve each site and consistently drive traffic back to the web sites while also linking readers directly to industry sites. She was formerly the editor of FACILITIES Design & Management magazine in New York for a decade.

Networking at major industry conferences and trade shows provides her with access to the leading industry thinkers and researchers to determine the new key topics for facilities professional development and exploration. Just a year after starting McMorrowReports.com, she was asked to join the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Board of Directors, where she served two terms under three chairmen from 2005 to 2009. McMorrow is widely recognized in the contract furniture industry as a co-sponsor of Contract magazine’s Best of NeoCon Product Design Awards Competition. She was there at its founding in 1989. The competition recruits 50 jurors to review up to 425 products in 47 categories in the days before NeoCon.

As editor in chief of FACILITIES, Eileen directed the magazine’s coverage of the 9/11/2001 disasters at the World Trade Center, New York, and the Pentagon, for the October 2001 issue, which won the Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Award 2002 for Best News Coverage. At the time, she was six months pregnant with her second child, working between the New York office and at home in New Jersey.

Eileen holds a Master of Arts in European Integration—the study of the European Union from the end of World War II through the Maastricht Treaty in 1992, from the University of Limerick, Ireland. Her undergraduate BA is for Professional Writing & Journalism and Political Science from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College). McMorrow lives in Montclair, NJ.
