The innovative Blank Slate app leverages artificial intelligence and cognitive science to transform mandatory training, policies, and regulatory content into brief, customized exam questions tailored to each employee. This progressive approach ensures maximum knowledge retention while requiring minimal time investment, addressing the unique needs of busy aviation professionals operating in a high-stakes, zero-fail environment.
A pilot program deploying the Blank Slate app across multiple Signature Aviation locations worldwide demonstrated measurable improvements in employees’ ability to recall critical training content and policies in less than 90 days. Remarkably, these outcomes were achieved with frontline workers engaging with the app for less than five minutes per week.
