The University of Kentucky recently completed construction of its 263,000-sq.-ft. Academic Science Building. Located on the southern edge of campus, construction began in Aug. 2014 and has been documented through time-lapse photography by EarthCam.
The ASB includes state-of-the-art undergraduate teaching laboratories, technology-enhanced active learning environments, tiered lecture halls, learning center spaces and more. The unique shell-space design fosters a sense of community and promotes a collaborative atmosphere for the students.
