September 6, 2024 — The International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE), the international arm of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), announced the launch of its Competency Building Services (CBS) program, a new initiative offered globally to airport enterprises, in partnership with the Aviation Strategies International Institute (ASI-I).
The Competency Building Services program addresses organization-specific competency development of airport enterprises in the context of the challenges posed by the anticipated global traffic growth and industry turbulence. The services comprise managerial competency gap analysis using the global Airport Management Competency Assessment Test (AMCAT), delivery of customized competency-based workshops, courses and certificates in response to priority needs of enterprises, as well as best practices implementation coaching.
This initiative is a testament to our commitment to fostering excellence and innovation in airport management across the globe.
