The Institute of Real Estate Management has opened submissions for the 2020 IREM Real Estate Management Excellence (REME) Awards to recognize real estate managers and companies that make a difference for their communities, clients, and workplaces every day. IREM believes that these contributions to the profession should be celebrated, and recognizes REME award winners as the best of the best.
Nominations are accepted for individual awards and corporate awards. Check out the winners from 2019.
Corporate awards will recognize real estate management companies for innovative programs related to technology, customer service, sustainability or marketing that have made a difference for the company, a team or a specific program. This year’s corporate categories include:
Individual awards will honor an IREM CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) for contributions to the profession. Nominees will be evaluated on their involvement in the community; customer service provided to clients, tenants, and residents; leadership and mentorship initiatives; and ethical practices.
REME Awards have celebrated innovative businesses and individuals helping to move the profession forward since 2015. Submissions for the 2020 awards will be accepted through June 12, 2020, with finalists announced in August. Winners will be honored at the IREM Global Summit in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on Oct. 16, 2020.
